Postage and Packing

Postage and Packing is charged at £5 for all orders under £49.99. Orders over £49.99 recieve free postage and packing.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours so you should recieve your items no longer than 3 days after purchase. At the moment we are unable to offer a next-day delivery service on most items. However, popular items such as inkjet cartridges and paper maybe dispatched on the day of order.

Returns

Returns will only be accepted if an incorrect item has been sent and it must be returned in it's original packaging. If you intend to return an item please call us on (01947)604266 to discuss the process. We are not liable for any postage costs incurred in returning an item to us.

Cancellation

Once payment has been confirmed, we are unable to cancel an order. If you are unhappy with the goods once they have been received, please follow the returns procedure above.

Personal Details

We only store the contact details of our customers. We do not store payment details in order to ensure their protection. We will not pass on your details to any other businesses or organisations.

Pricing

All prices are correct at time of press (excluding VAT which is added in the Basket). If an item is incorrectly priced when ordered we will contact you to arrange a refund or to request a payment increase. We reserve the right to change prices without notice but will endevour to keep our website as accurate as possible.
